Increment date parameters each run : Use this when one of the parameters for your program is a date. If you check this, the date parameter will be incremented for each run. If not checked, the date given in the parameter will not increment, it will remain the same as entered while scheduling for every run.

Apply a Saved Schedule : If more than one program has to be scheduled in a similar fashion, instead of entering the schedule details for each and every program, you can save the schedule and apply the same schedule for the remaining programs. This option lets you choose on what days of every month you want to run a program. I have set it to run once a day at P. M starting from Feb till Feb as seen in the below screenshot. Upon querying for the request in the requests window, you see our program with status scheduled. This is how you schedule a program to run at a specified frequency or interval. At any point of time, if you need to change the schedule, you can select the scheduled request and click on View Details button.

Once — This scheduling option allows you to submit the program on a specific date and time. Click on Run at a box to open a calendar. Choose the date and time when the program should run.

You can use the arrow to change month and year. Periodically — This option allows you to schedule a concurrent program for the specific interval. End At — Select date and time when schedule ends. Leaving it blank makes the schedule run indefinite duration, till it canceled. Re-run every — Specify the re-run interval. Increment date parameter each run — This is applicable when the concurrent program has a current date parameter.

When it enables the date parameter is modified to show the current date. Recalculate parameters — This recalculates the program parameter which are default values using SQL statement and other functions. Apply a Saved Schedule — Click this button to select the exiting saved schedule. It opens a LOV showing all saved schedules.

Select the one which you want and click on OK. This copies that schedule to the current concurrent program as shown below. Save this schedule — Select this check box to save the schedule with a user-defined name. This is helpful if you want to reuse the same schedule for different concurrent programs.

Select the option you want and click on the OK button. This submits the concurrent program. The program stays in Pending Scheduled state till the scheduled time is reached. Select the scheduled concurrent request and click on the View Details… button.
