Any 1 used this type of polytunnel ». Pages: [ 1 ] Go Down. Hi All. Just bought a Westwood Gemini from Ebay and after an oil change inc emptying about a pint of water from the thing and carb clean it started fine. When you tug on the lever the jockey wheel moves towards you and tensions the belt. However, the tines seem to turn even when the jockey wheel is not tensioning. The belt is old and may not even be the corect one.
I assume that the pulleys are meant to just slip on the belt until the idler tensions it. I suspect all of this is normal but thought I would check. It has a 98cc Suffolk engine fitted. Do you take the oil level on the dipstick when it is fully inserted in the engine or when it is only partly in where it splits.
